The pig was cooked to perfection, the salads beautifully presented; particular mention to the apple & cucumber salad, relishes and the wonderful fig accompanying the cheese platter (would love the recipe!) They have had the pleasure of enjoying the leftovers for the past few days.
Railea would like to acknowledge the professionalism and brilliance of your two chefs, Roger and Tim. They left the kitchen in immaculate condition. Neither Railea or Theo could fault anything in regards to catering for the day. The Pig Baron was highly recommended to all that attended.
