HOW IT WORKS
Contact us and let us know how many guests you wish to cater for, and we’ll supply the proper size animal:
- 15kg pig – 25 guests
- 20kg pig – 35 guests
- 25kg pig – 45 guests
- 18-20kg lamb – 35 guests
Our service includes, preparation of the animal, set up, commencement of the cooking process and pick up the following day. Our custom made stainless-steel spit are gas operated and fully enclosed. Roasting a whole animal in our spits requires minimum monitoring and no cooking skills.
WHY HIRE OUR GAS OPERATED SPITS AND NO CHARCOAL?
Our custom made stainless-steel gas operated spits are easy use and easy clean. Once the spit reaches the desired cooking temperature, the cooking process just requires occasional monitoring.
Roasting trays are placed at the bottom of the spit to capture all the juices and flavours of the meat as it roast on the rotisserie.
We recommend that meat is carved into the juices to utilise all the flavour of the spit. Unlike charcoal spits, our fully enclosed gas operated spit can be used in any weather and even during a total fire ban.

Delivery fee (please note our DIY service is only available within 20km radius of Drummoyne)
- Up to 5km : Free
- Up to 10km ; $30
- Up to 15km : $50
- Up to 20km : $70
An additional $150 cleaning deposit is required for each spit and will be returned to you provided the spit are clean upon pick-up.
