Roasting whole pigs and lambs in custom-made, stainless-steel spits is our specialty.

We stuff our pigs with garlic, herbs and seasonings and slow-roast until the flesh is tender and the crackling golden. We rub our lambs with oregano and seasonings, slow-roast and finish them off with a squeeze of lemon juice.

Our packages include complimentary bread rolls, high quality biodegradable plates, cutlery, napkins, and foil trays for any leftovers. A variety of our tasty homemade sauces are also included.

We cook onsite with chef/s to monitor the cooking process, prepare your menu, carve the meat, & assist with serving your guests. Cooking a whole animal onsite brings a bit of theatre, often hypnotising guests into photo-taking.

Our gas spits are fully enclosed so are suited to indoor or outdoor use.

Our menu offers a wide range of tartlets and canapes, finger foods, salads and platters, homemade chutneys and relishes, to accompany a whole animal on a spit or other types of roast.

For those wanting to DIY, we supply spit hire with whole pigs and lambs. We arrive hours before your event commences, set up and start the cooking process, then pick up our spit when you’re done. Easy!
